Job description

Riri’s Children Playloft is a cosy wooden toy museum and play space designed for children aged 1–10. We are looking for warm, cheerful and responsible part-timers to join our team as part-time Play Guides.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and ensure a smooth play experience
• Handle payments via the POS system
• Engage and support children during play
• Reset and tidy up play areas
• Assist with light cleaning and maintenance of toys, play areas as well as attached toilets
• Support events, parties, or school group visits when needed

Requirements

• Enjoy being around children and families
• Attentive towards children's safety and well-being
• Responsible, proactive, friendly, and approachable
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with toy setup, resetting and basic cleaning tasks
• Team player, willingness to learn

Experience in designing and facilitating children's educational play programme and passion for customer service is a plus. Retirees, students, and caregivers welcome. Training will be provided.
