A technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator / Sales Admin Officer to assist with project admin work and office administration. Qualifications

  • Assist in all project admin work including procurement, stock delivery, and related tasks.
  • Support preparation of presentation slides as required.
  • Handle project support inquiries.
  • Perform office administration duties as needed.
  • Manage business expense receipts: organize, scan, and report.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks.

Job Title

Permanent Part-Time Project Coordinator / Sales Admin Officer

Location

Office at Bukit Merah, Queenstown, Tiong Bahru, Singapore

Job Type

Part-Time (Half Day, PM; approximately 80 hours per month)

Work Hours

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Salary

SGD 9 – 13 per hour (dependent on experience)

Qualifications
  • Good personal skills

  • Minimum A Level/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel
  • No prior experience required; training provided (preferred experience: project admin / sales admin)
