A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director. The role involves managing calendars, handling confidential information, and coordinating communications. Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Coordinate communications with internal teams and external partners
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
Support ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as required
Diploma or Degree holder (any discipline welcome)
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
