Part-Time Personal Assistant (Weekday Focus)

Flexible Support for a Busy Professional

Are you highly organized, discreet, and looking for a meaningful part-time role that offers flexibility outside of evenings and weekends? We are seeking a reliable and proactivePart-Time Personal Assistant (PA)to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to a busy professional.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in personal organization and time management, fitting perfectly around other commitments.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly Rate: $12 – $15 per hour, based on experience.
  • Work Schedule: Strictly scheduled during standardMonday to Friday business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Negotiable to work within 3-5 days per week. No evening or weekend work required.
  • Location: opposite Labrador Park MRT.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate professional and personal appointments, meetings, and reminders.
  • Document Organization: Maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Errands & Logistics: Occasionally assist with personal tasks and local errands (e.g., mailings, picking up supplies).
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide flexible support on various administrative and organizational tasks as required.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the team in making engaging social media content, including drafting posts, gathering assets, and scheduling basic updates.
What We're Looking For
  • Availability: Must be consistently available during weekday business hours.
  • Organizational Master: Exceptional organizational skills and an intense attention to detail are mandatory.
  • Trustworthy: High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
