A leading insurance company in Singapore is looking for a part-time Administrative and Underwriting Support role. Responsibilities include collecting and preparing claims documents, assisting with the evaluation of insurance applications, and maintaining organized records.   • Perform accurate data entry into underwriting systems.
  • Conduct preliminary risk assessments by gathering relevant information.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Collect claim documents from company branches and bring them to the Main Branch.
  • Prepare documents for delivery to insurance companies weekly.
  • Maintain accurate and organized claim files and documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold a high standard of customer service.
Underwriting Support:
  • Assist Underwriters in the evaluation and processing of insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Gather and review necessary documentation and data from various sources to support underwriting decisions.
  • Perform accurate data entry into underwriting systems, ensuring all information is complete and compliant.
  • Assist with preliminary risk assessments by collecting and organizing relevant information.
Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
