Job summary

A learning center in Singapore is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant who is passionate about inspiring children to learn Mandarin. Responsibilities include supporting the Main Teacher during lessons, managing classroom activities, and engaging kids through storytelling. The ideal candidate must have accurate Mandarin pronunciation, be warm and approachable, and commit to a teaching schedule of at least 5-6 months.

• Assist during teaching sessions and collaborate with the Main Teacher to support classroom activities
• Help with classroom management and storytelling to engage children

• have an accurate pronunciation for spoken Mandarin (in order to facilitate teaching in Chinese Language)
• Be approachable and warm
• able to commit to a regular teaching schedule for at least 5-6 months

Working hours

• Weekdays 12:30pm – 7:30pm or 2:30pm – 9:30pm
• Weekends 9:00am – 6:00pm
