Job summary

A gaming entertainment company in Singapore is seeking customer service representatives to assist guests, manage machines, and ensure optimal operation of gaming areas. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. This role involves working flexible hours with additional pay for holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests, address inquiries/issues.
  • Troubleshoot errors, ensure minimal disruption.
  • Organise and restock prizes.
  • Regularly clean and sanitise machines/areas.
  • Assist guests with prize redemption, ensure accuracy.

Job description
Compensation
  • Pay rate: $15/hr for 110+ hours/mth
  • $12/hr for fewer hours
  • $18/hr for holiday
  • Weekend work: Mandatory
  • Commitment: 6 months
