Job summary
A gaming entertainment company in Singapore is seeking customer service representatives to assist guests, manage machines, and ensure optimal operation of gaming areas. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. This role involves working flexible hours with additional pay for holiday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests, address inquiries/issues.
- Troubleshoot errors, ensure minimal disruption.
- Organise and restock prizes.
- Regularly clean and sanitise machines/areas.
- Assist guests with prize redemption, ensure accuracy.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Compensation
- Pay rate: $15/hr for 110+ hours/mth
- $12/hr for fewer hours
- $18/hr for holiday
- Weekend work: Mandatory
- Commitment: 6 months
