Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST, and compliance matters
• Assist to maintain and administer accounting matters for a portfolio of clients
• Prepare accounts and financial reports in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with clients’ internal policies and statutory requirements
• Handle the full spectrum of payroll functions for clients, including monthly CPF contributions and IR8A tax submissions
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Outsourcing Department

Requirements

• Bachelor in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or other relevant professional qualifications
• Good command of English
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
• Proactive in problem solving
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Well versed in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Practical knowledge in various accounting software is an advantage
