Qualifications

• Able to multitask and perform in a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good communication in verbal and written skills.
• Able to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays (6 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
• Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations.
• Develop cost-effective operational plans to achieve the outlet’s goals.
• Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs.
• Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting and inventory controls.
• Train and retain outlet staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed.
• Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Regularly review to improve cleaning standards, food safety, and sanitation.
