Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator for a 1-year role based at Tengah Plantation Plaza. You will support project milestones, financial monitoring, billing, and the enhancement of our digital services on web and app platforms.

You will develop dashboards, generate management reports, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building dashboards and digital tools.
• Ability to lead and influence across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support activities and key milestones.
• Monitor project financials and relevant processes.
• Manage billing and payment collection.
• Manage the digital e-services available on the website and app.
• Manage reports and dashboards for management update.
• Analyze trends to spot issues, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Support the management team with project coordination and day-to-day tasks.
• Work with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and on schedule.
• Provide support on billing processes.
• Develop and ensure timely update of SOPs that support the business.
