A consultancy firm located in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Officer to oversee daily operations and manage manpower. The role involves leading teams, ensuring safety, and maintaining the facility. Candidates must have a BCA diploma in Facilities Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.

Job description
Operations Support Officer

LOCATION Geylang East

Responsibilities
  • Assist Operations Manager in the following:
  • Supervise and manage daily operations on site.
  • Plan and organise manpower for operations.
  • Lead and mentor junior officers / staff.
  • Minor repair work.
  • Identify faults to ensure the school is safe and the building is properly maintained.
  • Accompany contractors when in school for repairs/maintenance.
  • Security/access control at school gates, mainly (but not limited) at the new drop off/pick up along Aljunied Road.
Working Hours
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Fridays: 6:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Job Requirements
  • Building Construction Authority (BCA) diploma, in Facilities Management-related discipline or relevant and equivalent qualification.
  • An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A meticulous individual who is able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
