Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates who are interested in KTV Pub Operation Manager Role.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Keep Track of bills and collection of bills
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Knowledge of Mandarin/Dialects is essential to handle older regular customer base.
• Supervise staff
• Promote the business
• Handle feedback from customers
• Ensure that equipment are properly maintained
