Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities as well as warehouse planning.
• Monitor process workflow, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
• Ensure weighing scale is checked daily and perform test weights.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and resources.
• Perform stock checks for accuracy and integrity.
• Attend to all audits, both internal and external.
• Motivate the Operations team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities as well as warehouse planning to ensure timely and accurate execution of shipments
• Monitor process workflow, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service) to support business needs
• Coordinate with service provider and ensure they check the weighing scale on daily basis and do test weight before they proceed with weighing
• Maintenance and Housekeeping of warehouse, equipment and resources
• Performing stock checks to ensure stock accuracy and integrity
• Attending to all audits, both internal and external
• Motivate the Operations team to ensure operational excellence, high employees’ engagement and service improvement is achieved
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
