About the role

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and protocols to maintain high standards of product and service delivery
2. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new and existing products and services to identify and resolve any issues
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency
4. Analyse data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
6. Contribute to the development of new quality assurance tools and best practices
7. Provide training and support to other team members on quality assurance procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or operations role, preferably in the technology industry
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
