Description
The team is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operational management of third‑party suppliers and vendors, supporting projects in content development and partnerships. This role ensures seamless onboarding, contracting, procurement, and financial tracking to enable successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Onboarding & Compliance
    • Oversee the onboarding and reactivation of suppliers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and maintain high standards of due diligence.
  • Contract Management
    • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, amending, and terminating agreements.
    • Coordinate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contracts meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Track contract status and maintain accurate records.
  • Procurement & Payment Operations
    • Process purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring proper approvals and budget alignment.
    • Liaise with finance and project teams to expedite payments and resolve any procurement‑related issues.
  • Invoice Approval & Budget Tracking
    • Review and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracted services.
    • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.

Business Group & Key Projects
  • This hire will be supporting 2 regions – NORAM/US and APAC (adhoc might have to start earlier at 7:30 am to support US).
  • Lead operational management of third‑party suppliers and vendors, supporting projects in content development and partnerships. From onboarding, contracting, procurement and financial tracking to ensure project delivery.
  • Onboarding of new suppliers/contracts used to be managed by the US, but they have moved this to APAC given that most of the requests are coming from APAC.
  • Looking for someone who is proactive and flexible – for example, if they get a couple of critical questions from US teams on Friday evenings, they can address them instead of waiting until Monday/Tuesday.
  • Project Management – executing end‑to‑end contract management, supplier onboarding and tracking progress.
