Overview

The team is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operational management of third-party suppliers and vendors, supporting projects in content development and partnerships. This role ensures seamless onboarding, contracting, procurement, and financial tracking to enable successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Onboarding & Compliance
  • Oversee the onboarding and reactivation of suppliers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and maintain high standards of due diligence.
  • Contract Management
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, amending, and terminating agreements.
  • Coordinate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contracts meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Track contract status and maintain accurate records.
  • Procurement & Payment Operations
  • Process purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring proper approvals and budget alignment.
  • Liaise with finance and project teams to expedite payments and resolve any procurement-related issues.
  • Invoice Approval & Budget Tracking
  • Review and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracted services.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
