Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Polyclinic Management team. You will drive operational excellence and service quality while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary health care team and corporate office for planning and implementing business initiatives.

You will lead daily polyclinic operations, spearhead improvement initiatives, drive service quality projects, manage operations staff, and partner with corporate offices to deliver strategic care

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of proven working experience in operations management, quality management and corporate management.
• 2–4 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, organizational and change-management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment and communicate across diverse functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of improving operational workflows leading to higher efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 - 8 years of proven working experiences in operations management, quality management, and corporate management
• 2 to 4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Possess strong leadership, supervisory, organizational and change management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment, collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven track record of improving operational workflows leading to higher efficiency/productivity
• Strong people management and team development abilities
• Able to work under 100% onsite work arrangement and on a 5.5day work week.
