Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to support the Polyclinic Management Team in coordinating and improving clinic operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and quality service delivery.

Your Role

As part of the Polyclinic Management Team, you will support the Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and improve clinic operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the clinic
• Coordinate staff scheduling, manpower deployment and patient flow
• Monitor inventory and facility-related matters to support seamless clinic operations
• Assist with manpower and resource planning to improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and other service teams to enhance workflows and coordination
• Develop and implement proposals, strategies and process improvements to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with teams across other polyclinics and HQ on areas including manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policies and workflows
• Support initiatives relating to new polyclinic development and emergency planning
