Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Healthcare Operations Lead to plan, coordinate and implement clinic operations and activities.

You will partner with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and service teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, productivity and service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both oral and written
• Able to commit 5.5 days' work week.

• Lead/support the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinic operations and activities.
• Oversee administrative functions, including manpower scheduling, patient flow management, inventory control, and facilities management.
• Partner with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and service teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of new policies, initiatives, and improvement projects.
• Participate in service excellence and quality improvement efforts to enhance patient and staff experience.
