Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily polyclinic operations and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality services. You will drive operational excellence, oversee process improvements, and partner with corporate offices to implement strategic initiatives across NHG Polyclinics.

This role requires 6–8 years in ops and strong leadership, on-site work 5.5 days.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 6–8 years in operations/quality/corporate management.
• 2–4 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, organizational and change management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of improving operational workflows and productivity.
• Willing to work 100% onsite on a 5.5-day work week.

Requirements :

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 - 8 years of proven working experiences in operations management, quality management, and corporate management
• 2 to 4 years in a supervisory capacity
• Possess strong leadership, supervisory, organizational and change management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a complex environment, collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven track record of improving operational workflows leading to higher efficiency/productivity
• Strong people management and team development abilities
• Able to work under 100% onsite work arrangement and on a 5.5day work week.
