Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations and resource utilization. You will work to ensure cost-efficient and effective clinic management, driving service quality and patient care.

The role requires collaboration with clinical, nursing and allied health professionals to implement work-process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in any discipline.
• Passion for planning, analysing and improving operations.
• Experience in operations/administration in healthcare sector will be an advantage.
• Possess strong people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task, work long hours and under pressure.
• Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating the daily clinic operations activities and resource utilization to ensure cost efficient and effective management of the clinic.
• Ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of a polyclinic and be responsible for the management of the operations team in service provision and patient care.
• Involve in planning and implementing strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality, and work in collaboration with the clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.
