Overview

Operations Executive (Maritime/ Ship Chandler / Must Have Marine Purchasing Background) – Permanent role in Singapore.

Location: Beach Road (Nearest MRT – Nicoll Highway MRT, approx. 11 minute walk)

Working hours: 5 days / Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm; 1 week of standby duty after office hours for every 4 weeks rotation.

Salary: Commensurate with experience; up to $52,000 per year + AWS + $200 Standby Allowance + 14 days Annual Leave

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ inquiries and provide after-sales assistance
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders and invoicing
• Liaise with suppliers, manage price negotiations, delivery
• Manage stock inventory and logistics for local and overseas stock points
• Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues
• Demonstrate good multi-tasking abilities and work with minimal supervision
