You will lead the operations team in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborate with clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.

The ideal candidate has planning and analytical skills, healthcare operations experience, and strong people management with excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma with relevant experience.

• Willing to commit to polyclinic's 5.5 day work week.

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations and resource utilization to ensure cost efficiency and effective management of the clinic.
• Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations of the polyclinic and manage the operations team in service provision and patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve work processes and service quality.

You will assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating the daily clinic operations activities and resource utilization to ensure cost efficient and effective management of the clinic.

You will ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of a polyclinic and be responsible for the management of the operations team in service provision and patient care. You will be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality, and work in collaboration with the clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree in any discipline but diploma holders with strong relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Passion for planning, analysing and improving operations
• Experience in operations/administration in healthcare sector will be an advantage
• Possess strong people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and under pressure
• Able to commit to polyclinic's operational hours and 5.5 days work week (Saturday).

*Candidates with relevant years of experience could be considered for a senior role.
