Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to support the Polyclinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of clinic operations experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. A commitment to a 5.5 days work week in the west side polyclinics is required.

• Experience managing healthcare frontline staff in a clinic/hospital setting is a strong advantage.
• Willing to commit to a 5.5 days work week.

• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling and patient flow.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal manpower utilization, cost efficiency, and smooth service delivery.
• Drive and support the implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g., Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, Age Well SG) to enhance care delivery and service excellence.
• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory control, and facility operations.
• Lead and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policy and workflow enhancements, new clinic development, and emergency preparedness.

Requirements

• At least 2 – 3 years’ clinic operations experience. Experience in managing healthcare frontline staff in any clinic/hospital setting will be a strong advantage
