Role Overview

The Operations Executive is responsible for end-to-end operations, including warehouse management, order processing, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This role ensures operational efficiency and supports business growth while supervising execution-level operations tasks.

Key Responsibilities by Major
1️⃣ Operations Management
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.
  • Manage a small team of packers and assistants.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs for all operational tasks.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reports to management.
2️⃣ Order Management
  • Process all incoming orders accurately and efficiently (B2B, retail, online).
  • Update delivery statuses and coordinate internally to meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with Creative and Sales teams for special orders or campaigns.
3️⃣ Order Demand Management
  • Track incoming order volumes and identify demand trends.
  • Forecast high-demand periods and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Sales/BD for large campaigns and corporate orders.
4️⃣ Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and quality of products.
  • Coordinate replenishment with suppliers or production teams.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and report inventory status to management.
5️⃣ Logistics Management
  • Coordinate with logistics/shipping partners for timely deliveries.
  • Plan delivery schedules for B2B, retail, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor performance, resolve delays, and optimize shipping methods.
  • Maintain cost-efficient logistics practices.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems or Excel.
  • Experience supervising a small team is a plus.
  • Familiarity with F&B, lifestyle, or e-commerce operations preferred.
Success Metrics / KPIs
  • Orders processed accurately and on time.
  • Inventory accuracy ≥ 99%.
  • On-time delivery rate ≥ 95%.
  • Efficient warehouse management and minimal operational errors.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of operational risks.
