Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end logistics and customer service operations. The role involves issuing proforma invoices, arranging shipments, and performing data entry tasks. A minimum of 2 years working knowledge in shipping documentation is essential, along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. This position requires good attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and independence in handling responsibilities, especially during month-end closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of basic shipping knowledge of export documentation.
• Experience in using ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to work late when required, especially during month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics and customer service operations.
• Issue Proforma Invoice and arrange shipments.
• Create trade agreements in the system.

Job description

TheOperationsexecutivemanagesend-to-endlogisticsand customer service operations, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role requires meticulous attentiontomaintainoperational efficiency and accuracy forthefollowingresponsibilities:

• Issue Proforma Invoice / Commercial Invoice / Packing List / COO/ Shipper’sLetter of Instruction / Credit / Debit Note
• Arrange shipments
• Create Trade Agreement in the system
• Arrange samples goods to customers / suppliers
• Shipping documents filing
• Monthly mailing of Original Invoices, Statement of Account
• Data entry in various platforms (D365, courier online Platforms)
• Other duties asrequiredand directed

Requirements

• Min 2 years Basic Shipping Knowledge of Export documentation
• Proficient inExcel,Wordand Outlook
• Able to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Experience in using ERP system will be an added advantage
• Meticulous, with attention to detail
• Can work independently with minimal supervision, responsible personnel
• Able to work late whenrequired(especially month-end closing)
