This is a confidential search for a senior management leader.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead long-term financial planning processes and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance and business units to ensure all initiatives are on track.
• Address operations issues and supervise operations team, ensuring compliance and process execution.
• Provide strategic/operations advisory and reporting to senior management team.
• Manage programs and operations budgets.
  

Key requirements

• Masters in Business or Finance related studies.
• A plus if there is specialisation in relevant green sector technical qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years of regional management experience in the full spectrum of operations, including carbon financing.
