Job summary

Wah & Hua Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Operations Coordinator to support daily driver deployment, monitor work orders, and maintain accurate driver, vehicle and customer data in Navision.

You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate with Engineering on maintenance, and manage drivers’ Cashcard matters and job sheets. The role requires a Diploma, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a 5.5-day week with weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Responsible, diligent, willing to learn and a good team player.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, WeChat, email and other operational systems/software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
• This position operates on a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily driver deployment for routine and ad hoc jobs.
• Monitor work orders and follow up on any unfulfilled or delayed jobs.
• Update Navision with relevant operational, driver, vehicle and customer information.
• Attend to customer enquiries, order and service issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering on vehicle and container/bin maintenance and servicing.
• Handle drivers’ Cashcard matters and submits Job Sheets to HR.
• Coordinate ground operations and manpower deployment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure only certified OTCs/compactors are sent to NEA, where applicable.
• Assist with Drivers’ Meetings and preparation of presentation materials.
• Ensure adequate planner coverage during office hours based on the approved roster.
