Job summary

L H Construction and Machinery Leasing Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an organized Operations Coordinator to manage daily job orders, transport arrangements and driver work schedules, ensuring smooth deployment across sites.

You will coordinate with customers, drivers, sales and site staff, respond to inquiries promptly, maintain schedules and records, and support administrative tasks. Working hours are 8am–5pm on weekdays with Saturday mornings, and salary ranges from SGD 1,800 to 2,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, transport, construction, machinery rental or a related industry will be an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organised and attentive to details
• Able to respond promptly and handle time-sensitive operational matters
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and operational personnel
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered if willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate daily job orders, transport arrangements and drivers' work schedules.
• Liaise with customers regarding job requirements, timing, site details and other operational matters
• Coordinate with drivers, operators, sales team and site personnel for daily deployment
• Respond promptly to customers' enquiries and messages
• Prepare and update daily schedules and job records
• Ensure all confirmed orders are properly recorded and followed up
• Monitor ongoing jobs and make necessary arrangements for urgent changes or requests
• Prepare delivery orders, documents and other operational paperwork
• Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of operational records
• Work closely with sales, accounts and operations teams
• Assist with other administrative and operational duties assigned.
