Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a driver onboarding and operations assistant on a 12-month contract to support our client, a leading Southeast Asian superapp with mobility, food delivery, and digital payments. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.

You will oversee driver registration, conduct vehicle inspections, resolve disputes, and prepare driver handbooks while performing data entry and stock checks.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Valid Class 3A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the registration process for drivers.
• Conduct physical vehicle inspections and coordinate handovers.
• Resolve on-ground disputes and operational issues with drivers.
• Prepare driver handbooks and communicate relevant information to drivers.
• Perform data entry and inventory stock checks.
• Assist with ad hoc operational activities and gather feedback from drivers.
