Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Assistant (Driver) in Singapore to support vehicle operations and administrative coordination. You will coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections, handle servicing logistics and inspections, and assist customers with handovers and accident-report submissions.

The role is a 1-year contract with a 5.5-day work week and a competitive salary including laundry allowance and a completion bonus. On-site work at Ubi and multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Class 3 license required.
• Experience in fleet operations or vehicle coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles for servicing, repairs and rental activities.
• Deliver and collect vehicles for servicing and maintenance.
• Arrange vehicles for annual statutory inspections.
• Check vehicle cleanliness and condition before handover.
• Identify vehicles due for servicing or maintenance and coordinate schedules.
• Ensure completed repairs align with approved quotations and report issues before handover.
• Follow up on outstanding issues and provide timely updates.
• Ensure all required documents are completed and signed before vehicle handover.
• Assist customers with accident report submissions.
• Report vehicle incidents or damages promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and replacement details.
• Record customer acknowledgements.
• Track daily petrol consumption.
• Provide daily updates on task completion and work status.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
