Job summary

Adeptwerks in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan and oversee transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory movements, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.

You will monitor stock levels, support project setups, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance and safety across operations; a Diploma in Logistics or related field is a plus, and a Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Organised, detail-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communicator with strong teamwork and execution skills
• Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or related field is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory movements.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Track and manage stock levels, procurement needs, and warehouse activities.
• Project Support: Assist the coordinator team with event or project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination where required.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operational workflows.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory; prepare periodic logistics reports.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational and logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
