Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in coordination roles.
• Minimum O-Levels or higher.
• Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented with initiative and results orientation.
• Ability to follow SOP consistently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle orders and deployment plans with site teams and vendors.
• Arrange transport, drivers and cover duties when needed.
• Plan vehicle maintenance, LTA inspections and servicing with partners.
• Prepare daily deployment plans and communicate to site team.
• Maintain SOP adherence and compliance with company policies.
• Plan home leave, training tracking and ad hoc duties for drivers.
• Coordinate material collection or delivery when required.
