Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Coordinator to join our operations team in Singapore. You will coordinate servicing, repairs, deliveries and collections, and conduct pre-handover checks to ensure vehicles are in top condition.

You will track maintenance schedules, follow up on repairs, assist with inspections and incident reporting, and help deliver a smooth, professional vehicle handover experience to our clients and drivers.

Qualifications

• O Level qualification or equivalent
• Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, deliveries and collections.
• Conduct vehicle condition and cleanliness checks before handover.
• Track vehicle movements, maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Follow up on repairs and outstanding issues to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
• Assist with vehicle inspections, accident reporting and daily operational tasks.
• Ensure a smooth and professional vehicle handover experience.
