  • Collaborate with our Operations, Member Success, Product, Compliance and Engineering teams to:

    • Anticipate future business needs;

    • Brainstorm workflows and edge cases to operationalize new products; and

    • Enhance key processes while considering implications such as cost, implementation complexity, regulatory compliance and other relevant risks

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to troubleshoot operational issues

  • Create data reporting workflows to track key operational metrics and satisfy regulatory reporting obligations

Who You Are
  • At least 3 years of business operations experience in financial services, ideally in the investments space handling a mix of asset classes

  • Have experience designing and implementing end‑to‑end operational processes with appropriate controls

  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel

  • Experience in a dynamic and fast‑paced startup environment, working with mission critical systems

  • Technical problem‑solving skills: Enjoy diving into root causes and breaking down complex problems

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

  • Passion for financial services and technology

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Proactive, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communication

  • Bonus: Knowledge of KYC/AML standards and MAS regulations

  • Bonus: High-level understanding of common technical concepts such as APIs. Interest in the use of AI tools to enhance productivity.

  • Based in Singapore. You must be authorized to work in Singapore.
