The successful candidate will manage inventories, coordinate shipments, assist in financial tasks, and compile reports. Track stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and proactively flag low inventory or potential delivery disruptions.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding lead times and delivery windows to minimize supply gaps.
Arrange and monitor shipments via local couriers, freight forwarders, and delivery teams, resolving any transit delays immediately.
Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotations and specialized documentation.
Assist in Accounts Receivable/Payable by tracking payment statuses and issuing timely reminders.
Compile comprehensive monthly reports covering sales performance, inventory turnover, and operational status.
Maintain and update critical customer, supplier, and product databases to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Prepare and organize documentation for audits, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with management to implement new systems and process improvements to increase workflow efficiency.
Step in to assist with order processing and basic warehouse duties during peak periods or staff shortages to ensure seamless daily operations.
Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and data requests from management as required.
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management or biomedical.
Comfortable with Excel / ERP / accounting systems.
At least 2 years’ experience in administration and/or operations.
Strong understanding of compliance and corporate governance.
Hands‑on, resourceful, and able to work well in a fast‑paced SME environment.
