Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd. in Singapore's East region is seeking an Admin - Coordination professional to support daily operations across Administration, Warehouse and external partners.

You will monitor workloads, prioritise urgent shipments, assist the Supervisor with planning and issue resolution, and communicate with customers via email, Teams and phone to meet requirements. Applicants should have NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma and at least 1 year in coordination roles; experience in

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Min 1 year experience as Admin - Coordination related role.
• Experience in production coordination, project coordination, administration, operations or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations between Administration, Warehouse and external parties to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor workloads and prioritize urgent shipments and time-sensitive deliveries.
• Assist the Supervisor with operational planning, decision-making and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers via email, Microsoft Teams and phone to understand and meet their requirements.
• Verify shipping requirements, delivery instructions and shipment methods for accurate processing.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve operational issues and minimize delays.
