Job summary

MNC Manufacturing in Tuas is seeking a diligent Admin/Shipping Admin to support daily production and logistics operations. You will coordinate schedules, process orders, and handle shipping documentation with accuracy while providing essential administrative support to the Order Processing Manager and Director of Operations.

The role requires relevant admin experience, a GCE N Level or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience as admin/shipping admin.
• At least GCE N Level or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily sawing schedules to support production requirements
• Ensure timely closure of daily production work orders
• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to meet operational needs
• Assist the Shipping team in managing day-to-day logistics activities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Order Processing Manager
• Provide support to the Director of Operations on assigned tasks
• Handle general shipping documentation and administrative duties
• Perform inventory-related processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
