Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Admin to manage documents, order processing and warehouse coordination. Responsibilities include verifying shipping requirements, issuing sales orders, and handling ERP tasks while coordinating with customers and internal teams to fulfil orders.

The role requires Nitec or above, 1 year warehousing experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Overtime including weekends and public holidays is expected; 5-day work week.

Formación

• Nitec or above qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment.
• Able to work overtime including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and verify documents.
• Verify customer shipping requirements and mode.
• Ensure sales orders are issued and billing is done timely with necessary supporting documents in ERP.
• Update documents in Excel and communicate information to operations team.
• Match packing documents with shipment management system (SMS).
• Perform ERP system tasks such as Purchase Request, Receipt and Stock Transfer.
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validation and update into ERP system.
• Communicate with customers through Email, Teams, and phone to meet customer requirements.
• Liaise with various teams to fulfil customer orders when needed.
• Complete ad-hoc jobs assigned by supervisors and/or managers.
