Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of admin experience.
• Experience in preparing shipping documents is a plus.
• Diploma in any field is required.
• Strong command of English; ability to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle documentation such as BL, permit, invoice, arrival notice, and/or any other paperwork to fulfil a shipment.
• Liaise with colleagues, vendors and customers to coordinate the movement of cargo between locations in a timely and organised manner.
• Deliver world class service by being attentive, forward thinking, and organised.
• Keep an open line of communication with customers and build long term rapport for continued business.
