TRANSPAK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee workflow coordination across our Singapore-based logistics team.

You will help resolve daily issues and ensure smooth execution of shipments. You will coordinate between Admin, Warehouse, and external partners, prioritise urgent workloads, and support the Supervisor in daily operations decisions. Communication with customers via Email, Teams and Phone will be essential to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees workflow coordination across operations, resolves daily issues Key Responsibilities.
• Coordinate between Admin + Warehouse + External.
• Prioritize workload (urgent shipments).
• Support Supervisor in daily ops decisions.
• Communicate with customers through Email/Teams/Phones. to achieve and meet customer requirements.
• Verify Customer Shipping Requirement and Mode.
• Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers.
