Job summary

SP Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics/order coordination professional in Singapore. You will liaise with customers on sales orders, coordinate with factory and supply chain for planning and scheduling, and manage shipments and invoicing to customers.

The role also supports the program group in various administrative tasks. A diploma or NTC qualification with relevant experience is preferred, with EMS manufacturing exposure and strong Excel/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC/Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably having EMS manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience basic planning/scheduling understanding.
• Good knowledge in excel and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Customers on Sales Order Entry.
• Liaise with factory and Supply Chain for Order Planning & Scheduling.
• Manage and co-ordinate shipments and invoices to customer.
• Support Program group in various administrative role.
