Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an Operation Admin to manage documentation, orders, and ERP/SMS tasks. The role involves verifying shipping requirements, ensuring accurate billing, and updating records in Excel.

You will coordinate with teams to fulfil orders and perform weekly cycle counts, with overtime and night shifts as part of a monthly rotation. Candidate must have at least a Nitec or higher and 1 year of warehousing experience, with willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
• Nitec & above education level.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Verifying document.
• Verify Customer Shipping Requirement and Mode.
• Ensure Sales orders are issued, and billing is done timely & accurately with all necessary supporting documents in ERP System.
• Ensure document are updated in excel and communicate information to operation team.
• Match packing document with shipment management system (SMS).
• Perform ERP System such as Purchase Request, Receipt and Stock Transfer.
• Weekly and Monthly Cycle Count validation and updating into ERP System.
• Communicate with customers through Email/Teams/Phones to meet customer requirements.
• Liaise with various teams to fulfil customer's order when needed.
• Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers.
