Job summary

Job description

Contract Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to public and stakeholder email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct fact‑finding and draft responses for internal review and approval
  • Coordinate logistics, including packing and delivery, track delivery status, and maintain inventory records
  • Provide on‑site support at Culture Pass Office events, engage members of the public, and assist with credit activation and ticketing
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Arts Management, or related fields
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using IT systems (training will be provided)
  • Willingness to support events outside regular working hours when required
