Job summary

A leading management service provider in Singapore is looking for a responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of various sites. You will liaise with clients, manage staff deployments, and prepare financial reports. Skilled candidates should demonstrate proactiveness and problem-solving capabilities, along with a valid class 3 licence. This position requires strong independence and the ability to quickly address any operational challenges that arise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations of assigned sites and liaise with clients on requirements.
• Arrange daily staff deployments and prevent company from incurring damages.
• Rostering of monthly schedules.
• Coordinate with site in charge on any backlog.
• Rectify on-site issues with workers or clients.
• Report daily attendance and submit timesheets.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects.
• Arrange coverage for absent staff.

Job description

1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements

2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects

3) Rostering of monthly schedules

4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any

5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback

6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders

7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects

8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage

9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative

10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence

11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need
