Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing and supervising the overall operation of India's online Lending business at the level of the Singapore headquarters;
• Establish and optimize the cross-border operation management system, including indicator system, process specifications and operation audit mechanism;
• Connect with the local Indian operation team and supervise the daily operational performance of DLA (Digital Lending Application);
• Monitor key operational indicators (including fund disbursement, repayment, overdue, complaints, collection compliance, etc.);
• Assist the headquarters in operational risk assessment, problem identification and rectification promotion;
• Regularly provide operational analysis reports and risk alerts to the headquarters.

Job Requirements

• More than 2 years of operational experience in Internet Finance / Credit / Payment; Priority will be given to candidates with cross-team and cross-country operation management experience;
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with deep understanding of Indian culture, working style, and local market practices
• Strong data sensitivity, with analysis and risk judgment capabilities;
• Fluent in English, with English as the working language.
