• Support the Operations Team in daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate vehicle movement and ensure proper parking.
• Manage handover and takeover of vehicles.
• Escort vehicles for inspections and repairs.
• Assist with administrative matters related to fleet operations.
• Wash and detail vehicles for customer delivery.
• Highlight operational issues and support resolution.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Team in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business flow.
• Coordinate vehicle movement and ensure proper parking at designated locations.
• Manage handover and takeover of vehicles at various sites.
• Escort and send vehicles for inspections, servicing, repairs, or other appointments.
• Assist the Manager with administrative matters related to repairs, maintenance, and fleet operations.
• Wash and detail vehicles when required for customer delivery.
• Highlight operational issues early and support the team in resolving them.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Class 3 or 3A driving license.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and thoroughness.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate well with team and customers.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to propose improvements.
• No experience is welcome — training will be provided.
