A food service management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate with Central Kitchen experience. Responsibilities include managing and developing team members, approving operational budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Chinese and flexible to work weekends and shifts. This position offers opportunities to develop business strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Only candidates with Central Kitchen experience is considered. Candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:-
Manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines
Approve operational budgets
Monitors restaurant operations sales performance against budget
Responsible for the development and implementation of F&B’s annual business plan and medium-long term strategies
Determine sales target for each outlet
Leadership building and development plans to align with organizational strategies
Establish business continuity and crisis management plans across the operations
Ensure that operational standards are met in regards to sanitation requirements, food safety regulations, operation licenses and loss prevention
Formulate strategies for continuous improvement
Drive and development of new recipes
Drive and business development, evaluation of new business opportunities
Direct review of existing work processes and procedures in accordance with process improvement review
Optimize the operating profit by permanent control of every account of the statement
Develop strategies to improve customer loyalty
Drive organization's compliance with personal, food & beverage hygiene standards
Drive organization's compliance to workplace Safety and Health policies and procedues
Candidate has to able to speak Chinese and require to work on weekends and shifts.
