Overview

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the daily operations in our manufacturing company. This role is a great fit for someone with experience in operations or logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and wants to grow their career.


Responsibilities


  • Assist in coordinating production schedules, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfilment

  • Provide day-to-day support to the production, warehouse, and operations teams

  • Help maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support process improvement initiatives

  • Work closely with the procurement team to track material orders and ensure timely delivery to the production floor

  • Monitor production progress, manpower allocation, and assist with tracking output and delivery timelines

  • Assist in preparing reports on production performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency

  • Help ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and quality standards within the manufacturing site

  • Supporting customers in their retail operation to help customer to meet their sales objective.

  • Do product related training to the customers to align to their business and operation needs


Requirements


  • Diploma or relevant certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support, preferably within a manufacturing setting

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP, or inventory management tools is an advantage

  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and support various aspects of operations
