Admin/ Sales Coordinator
Job Scope:
  • Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry to ensure organized record‑keeping.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery status.
  • Support the sales team by preparing materials, documents, sales reports.
  • Perform any ad‑hoc duties when assigned by superior.
Requirement:
  • Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Entry levels are welcomed, training will be provided
Operation Office Admin
Job Scope:
  • Served as the lead liaison for external vendors, including contractors, movers, and interior designers. (Workspace Transition for initial quarter only)
  • Directed the full‑cycle procurement process for office equipment, pantry stock, and furnishings.
  • Conducted vendor evaluations and price negotiations to optimize cost‑efficiency and service quality.
  • Executed timely accounts payable functions for all service providers.
  • Administered Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and maintained high accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
  • Managed all corporate interactions and filings with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Enforced Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards to ensure 100% compliance with MOM guidelines.
Job Requirement:
  • Relevant experience in operation/ office admin in payment processing and LC documentation will be added advantage
